Booking Policy

- To confirm your reservation you need to complete the booking on our website by making the payment (Paypal, debit or credit card). Then, send us an e-mail with a copy of your ID and driver's license. 

- A 750€ deposit fee must be paid check-in by Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. You will be refunded two weeks after checking-out, minus the costs of refilling the diesel tank, any tolls you crossed using the “Via Verde” device, any other fees (i.e. cleaning fee, extra wifi data, etc) or damages done to the van or equipment.

- When renting surfboards, wetsuits and/or skateboards 200€ per surfboard, 100€ per wetsuit and/or 100€ per skateboard will be charged if not returned or returned damaged.

- We require a signed Lease Agreement (provided by us at check-in) stating that you are responsible for the van during the rental period (any damage, traffic tickets, parking, tolls, etc).

- Our vans are not allowed to drive outside of Portuguese territory.

- Our vans have a third party insurance that covers driver and passenger, 24H roadside assistance and any damage you may cause accidently to another party. You will, however, be responsible for any damage done to our van. 

- Our vans are well maintained and reliable but a breakdown is always impossible to predict. In case it happens, we will repair it on site. When that is not possible, we will meet you with one of our other vans and replace it. If we have no other van available, we will refund you the remaining days.

- Fuel tank is full when leaving the Wild Spirit Campers HQ to a check-in. It will be refilled after check-out at WSC HQ. The cost of refilling will allways be deducted from the deposit.

- The chemical toilet's waste water tank should be delivered empty and clean or a 50€ fee will be charged.

- The Campervan is delivered clean and it should be returned the same way or a 50€ cleaning fee will be charged.

- We are flexible and can deliver or pick up our vans in any location. In Lisbon area 35€ per trip, Ericeira area 25€ per trip, Peniche area 35€ per trip, Porto and Faro area 210€ per trip. At any other location the cost will be estimated.

- You have 1Gb free of WiFi per day during the rental period. 2€ per Gb will be applied when data is exceeded.

- Our guests have unlimited kms and have the obligation to return the van on the check-out date. Changes may be done with the agreement of both parties. At the agreed date, the van must be ready to deliver or a €75 fee will be applied. 

-We reserve the right to cancel, and refund, your booking on compelling grounds.

Cancellation policy

- You can cancel your reservation at any time or any reason before your arrival, no questions asked.

-Nevertheless, when cancellation occurs with more than 2 weeks prior to check-in day, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If it happens within less than two weeks to the check-in day, no refund will take place.
